What languages do reports come in?▾
Most reports are available in English, with selected reports also available in Arabic. The product page shows the languages each report ships in.
How do I receive my report?▾
After payment you can download instantly from your account, and we also email a copy to your registered address.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay through our Saudi-licensed payment provider.
Can I share the report with my team?▾
Reports are licensed for the buyer's use. Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer's details. Team licensing is available — contact us.
Do you offer refunds?▾
All sales are final. Two narrow exceptions apply: (a) the file you receive is corrupted or materially different from what was advertised, or (b) you accidentally purchased the same report twice. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you issue tax invoices?▾
Every order produces a sequential, branded PDF invoice. VAT is added once we are VAT-registered; today, invoices reflect our VAT-exempt status.
