These Terms govern your access to and use of NextBid Intelligence ("the Service"), provided by NextBid Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a report you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is provided as-is for informational purposes; reports are not investment, legal, or procurement advice. Reports are licensed for the buyer's personal or single-organization use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce reports in whole or substantial part without prior written permission. Each PDF is watermarked. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may update reports — entitled buyers receive the latest version. We may suspend access for misuse. Saudi law governs these Terms.
