Refund Policy

NextBid Intelligence reports are digital products delivered instantly by download and email. Because the file is in your possession the moment payment clears — and because we cannot technically verify whether a copy sent to your inbox has been opened or saved — all sales are final from the point of purchase. There are two narrow exceptions where a refund is always available. First: if the PDF you receive is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from what was described on the marketplace listing, we will either replace the file or refund you in full — your choice. Second: if you accidentally purchase the same report twice from the same account within a short window, we will refund the duplicate purchase upon request. To request a refund under either exception, email info@nextbidsa.com from the address on the order, include your order reference, and describe the issue in one or two sentences. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds back to the original payment method via Moyasar within five to seven business days.
